Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items for 60 days after delivery. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the reason for your return. Please see our list of non-returnable items before requesting a return.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all eligible returns.
- Returned items must be in unused, brand new condition, and in their original packaging with all included installation screws.
- Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our warehouse. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and device displays, the colors shown on your screen may not accurately represent the true color of our hardware finishes. We recommend ordering samples before placing a larger order to help minimize costly returns due to hardware finish, color, or size expectations.

- Any item with an unlacquered brass finish that's had an aging solution applied.

- Items shipped directly from vendors
- Gift cards
Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you find any items missing, defective, or damaged from shipping, notify us right away, and we will correct the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tradition Hardware will provide a return shipping label for all returns. The actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your item is damaged from shipping or if it's defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you replacements. We will also cover return shipping costs if you are sent incorrect items. For items being returned for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is approved and a return shipping label is issued, please ship the item(s) promptly. Return shipping labels are automatically voided after 30 days.
Refunds
Once your eligible return is received, inspected, and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.
Once the refund is issued, please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment method or bank.
