Return and Exchange Policy

At Tradition Hardware, we stand behind our products. That means a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all of our products, no matter the reason, excluding non-returnable items listed below. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the reason for your return. Please continue reading for details.

 

Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you find any damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments, notify us right away, and we will correct the issue or provide a full refund. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. To receive a full refund, items must be in their original packaging and condition, including all installation hardware and the original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will provide return shipping labels for defective products or shipping errors. Returns and exchanges are limited to the original purchaser. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items without an original receipt or confirmation email.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Any item with an unlacquered brass finish that has been handled or removed from its packaging.

  • All custom or made-to-order items, including lighting, furniture, door sets, shower sets, and plumbing.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

  • Items damaged through abuse.

  • Items shipped directly from vendors.

 

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If the items being returned were part of an order that qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This is usually about 10% of of the product cost.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

You may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the reason for your return.

  

Return Shipping Costs

If your item is damaged or defective and you are requesting a replacement, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the item is being returned or exchanged for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
