Free Shipping

Free shipping is available in the contiguous United States of America for all orders over $99 unless otherwise stated. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories.

All other locations will be charged a calculated shipping rate.

International Shipping

We offer shipping services to most countries. International orders ship out every Wednesday and Friday. If you are experiencing difficulties at checkout, please contact customer service at support@traditionhardware.com.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are generally processed within 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours during busy seasons. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST generally go out the next morning.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are shipped upon arrival. We provide an estimated ship date for these items in the cart, but these are subject to change. We do everything we can to provide an accurate estimate, but delays are possible.
