Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available to the contiguous United States of America for all orders $125 or more, unless otherwise stated. For orders under $125, there is a flat rate shipping/handling charge of $10.99. All other locations will be charged a calculated shipping rate.

Order Processing
In-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM Eastern ship the same business day. In-stock items ordered after 12:00 PM Eastern will ship the following business day. Holiday and seasonal delays are possible. 

You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped.

Pre-Ordered Items
Items available for pre-order will have an estimated shipping date provided. This date is subject to change and is NOT guaranteed. We do everything we can to provide an accurate time estimate, but many factors are outside our control and delays are possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. We ship to the shipping address provided with the order, and once an order has been fulfilled, we may not be able to reroute its destination.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

After Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

International Shipping
We offer shipping services to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are calculated and collected at checkout and are not due upon delivery.
