Free Shipping
Free shipping is available in the contiguous United States of America for all orders over $99, unless otherwise stated. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories.

All other locations will be charged a calculated shipping rate.

International Shipping
We offer shipping services to most countries. International orders ship out every Wednesday and Friday. If you are experiencing difficulties at checkout, please contact customer support at support@traditionhardware.com.

Processing Time
In-stock items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days, though holiday and seasonal delays are possible. Order processing times apply independently of the shipping method or delivery speed selected. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped. 

Pre-Ordered Items
Items available for pre-order will have an estimated shipping date provided. This date is subject to change and is NOT guaranteed. We do everything we can to provide an accurate time estimate, but delays are possible.

Expedited Orders
